She says: “Awesome Black Friday shopping!”
This is the first Black Friday shopping I did in the U.S. We woke up at 7am, drove 1.5 hours from Evanston to Aurora, looked for a parking space for half an hour and shopped for six hours. The traffic was pretty good for us because I heard that people were caught in a jam for three hours when they headed for the Midnight Madness shopping. The shops were not crowded at all in the morning, though there was always a line outside the Coach shop. But it’s none of my business. My targets were Giorgio Armani and Calvin Klein and I wanted buy ties, shirts and sweaters for myself and my boyfriend. I found real bargain deals. So here are some tips: check sales information online, list the shops you want to visit and the things you want to buy, get up early in the morning, but not too early, and Black Friday shopping won’t be “black” at all.

I did my first Black Friday shopping at the Gillory Outlet, California last year. It was really black! I took me half an hour to pay for the clothes at each store I went to.
I slept till 11AM on Black Friday………in Las Vegas….
I enjoyed that not-so-black-Friday too. ^___^

I’m not the guy carzy for shopping. But I did boxing on boxing day last year in London. It was definitely nightmare and I never wanna do it again.

Hahaha, Julia, that’s so cute! 7am on BF is very late here in LA!! You gotta get up at 3am if you want real deals. I hesitated for a long time whether to go or not, but in the end I just did some BF shopping online – very efficient and time saving. Tips: stay up till 1am PST and keep refreshing the checkout webpage for hundred of times! LOL
Armani has always been a favorite designer of mine. It seems the best ones always come from Italy!
